Your domain connects customers with your website and email. A short renewal check helps you know which provider to contact and which details need attention.
1. Identify who manages the registration
Start in your Barqweb client area under Domains. A hosting service with the same domain does not by itself mean the registration is managed here. If the domain is absent, check your registration confirmation or contact the registrar you purchased it from.
2. Record the next action
Note the displayed date, registrar, renewal preference and any outstanding invoice. Domain expiry and a billing due date can serve different purposes; ask for clarification if they differ. Set your own calendar reminder early enough to resolve payment or account access issues.
3. Keep contact information reachable
Review the email and other contact information in your account and domain settings where available. Use an address you can access and follow any verification instructions sent by your registrar. Do not publish personal contact details in a support message or screenshot.
4. If the domain has expired
Contact the registrar promptly to ask whether renewal or recovery is available and what it costs. Timing and rules depend on the domain extension and registrar. Do not assume a grace period will keep your website and email working, or that paying a hosting invoice also renews the domain.
Your quick check
You do not need to change nameservers or mail records just to check renewal details. If the domain is already expired, contact its registrar promptly; recovery options and charges vary.
